Initial Consultation and Basic Treatment

Service Description

This is recommended to all new patients for your first appointment. Your initial consultation will take approximately 60 minutes where we will review your medical questionnaire and conduct a basic vascular and neurological assessment of the feet. This will be followed by a routine foot health assessment. A treatment plan for any presenting foot condition will then be discussed and with your consent, the planned treatment will be undertaken. The appointment will cover all basic foot care including the following: toe nail cut, hard skin, callus, corn, fungal nail, thick and damaged nail, verruca, foot pain, athletes foot and diabetic foot care. The cost of all medicaments is included. At the end of the treatment your feet will be moisturised with a relaxing foot rub and cream. If required, advice as to their future care will be provided.
